10 minutes of the refinery. Clean rooms, Absolutely excellent customer service. If you’re second guessing staying at the Main stay suites don’t. This was probably one of my best experiences staying in a hotel, and I have never felt so accommodated before. I simply cannot rant enough about how good of an experience this was. Absolutely appreciative of the staff, and had a truly wonderful experience. I will definitely be staying here again.

Been here for a month for work, it’s a Good little spot to stay at rooms are spacious and have a kitchen/stove in them along with a mini fridge dishes and utensils etc. Everyday I come back from work my room is clean, maids do a good job of that. And if I ever have an issue with something which is rare they’re fast to fixing it. Very happy and looking forward to staying again in the future.

I’m the general manager of a restaurant right down the street and my company paid for me to stay at a hotel for two nights due to the weather because I live out of town. I chose to go view the hotel before booking to see what I was getting myself into. Betzy showed me 3 rooms and she has phenomenal customer service skills. The rooms were all very very clean and welcoming. The smell from the carpet was unpleasant. They clean the carpet but I’m sure from the smell, it doesn’t have time to dry so maybe there is a solution in the future to perhaps just do away with it in all the rooms. Of course there are rooms without it and I chose the suite room with no carpet and it was lovely. I can’t stress enough how clean the rooms were. Mrs. Margarita was in charge of the cleanup of my room and it was immaculate. Housekeeping does a great job. I had a misunderstanding with Amrit. We were both saying the same things and he wouldn’t listen at first. I remain professional in all circumstances so it stayed positive but he could work on his customer service a little bit more. In the end he made it right so that’s all that matters to me. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms despite other reviews read. Hopefully the cleanliness remains consistent. It matters to frequent nice hotel visitors, like me.

Stayed here after hurricane Beryl. Although there were some bumps in the stay (bathroom door didn’t quite close, A/C units had to be removed from the rooms for cleaning, etc.) the staff has been more than helpful in assisting us to the best of their abilities. Especially Anup! He is one of the best front desk assistants I’ve seen, always had a smile and an understanding attitude!

I really enjoyed my stay at MainStay Suites Port Arthur. The front desk staff were fantastic, super helpful and friendly, making the check-in process so smooth. The property itself was clean and well-kept, and the rooms were comfortable, perfect whether you're staying for a night or a longer visit. Overall, I'd happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very clean hotel and good location. I definitely recommend for long stays. Front desk was very friendly and helpful made check in easy and hassle free especially after a long day of work!

This hotel is really great! I loved how the room was so spacious it almost felt like a mini apartment! The room had a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator, which saved us a ton on eating out. The beds were nice and soft and the shower was big. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall this was a great experience and we are sure to come back to this hotel next time we're in the area.
